Plans, limits and billing
Every workspace starts on the free plan with no card. Paid plans are $19, $39 or $77 a month, month to month, and differ in how many DMs, automations, accounts, posts and bookings they include.

How limits work
DM limits count the messages your automations send each calendar month and reset at the start of the next one. When you reach a limit, Askenly stops sending automated DMs until the month resets (in UTC) or you upgrade. You can always reply by hand from the Inbox.
Automation limits count automations that are switched on. Paused automations don’t count, so you can keep seasonal ones ready without using a slot.
Change or cancel your plan
Open Settings → Billing
Only owners and admins see billing.
Upgrade
Pick a plan and pay on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Askenly never sees your card details.
Change, cancel or download invoices
Open the billing portal from the same page. Plans are month to month, and you can cancel at any time.
Billing questions
What happens to my automations if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. If you have more automations switched on than the new plan allows, switch some off before the change or keep the ones that matter most active.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel at any time from the billing portal.
Do bookings cost my customers anything?
No. Booking is always free for you and your customers.
Which plan should I start with?
Start on Free to set up your first automations. Move to Starter when you need more DMs or automations, and to Growth or Scale for more accounts, teammates and bookings.
