- The automation or post involved.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- The time it happened, and any Error ID the app showed.

Sign in and open Help, then Contact support. Your request reaches our customer support team with your workspace attached, and the reply comes to your account email.
Do you offer agency or custom plans?
Agencies use the regular plans, usually Scale for many accounts. Email us if you need something the plans don’t cover.
I found a mistake on your site. Who do I tell?
Email us. We correct factual mistakes, including anything on our comparison pages.
How do I delete my data?
Follow the steps in the Privacy Policy under Deleting your data.
