Everything that happens after someone comments
Askenly answers comments, Story replies and DMs on social media, starting with Instagram, hands real conversations to your team, drafts replies with AI and books appointments in the chat. Every plan, Free included, has all of it.

How the pieces fit together
A conversation in Askenly usually starts with a comment. An automation replies in the DM with what the post promised, and can ask for a follow, an email or a booking on the way. When the person asks something the automation can’t answer, the chat moves to the shared Inbox with the reason, and a teammate replies, often starting from an AI draft.
Everything is linked: each person becomes a contact with their history, their email if they shared it and their bookings. Each automation shows what it sent and what came of it over the last 30 days, so you can see which posts bring in leads and bookings.
