What we make
Askenly is social media automation for small businesses: creators, coaches, shops, studios and the agencies that run their accounts. It starts with Instagram. It replies to comments, Story replies and DM keywords, asks for follows fairly, collects emails, books appointments in the chat and keeps every conversation in one shared inbox.
We built it for businesses where the person answering the DMs is also the person doing the work: cutting hair, coaching a client, packing orders. They can’t watch their inbox all day, and they shouldn’t lose a customer because of it.

Replies, never cold messages
We message only people who commented, replied or wrote to you first, inside Instagram’s messaging window.
Your token stays secret
Access tokens are stored encrypted and never reach a browser. Disconnect at any time.
Paced sending
Plans have sending rates, so a busy post can’t flood Instagram with messages.
Rules we keep
- AI writes drafts. A person sends them.
- When someone asks for a person, automations step aside for 24 hours.
- If Instagram can’t confirm a follow, the follower still gets what your post promised.
