Business profile
Your business name, what you do, your location and how people should reach you.
When a chat is handed to you, one click writes a reply from your business profile, hours, services and FAQ answers. The draft fills the message box. You read it, edit it if you want, and send it as yourself.
Most Instagram questions are simple: are you open Sunday, how much is a cut, do you ship to Canada. Automations answer the ones you saved. The rest land in your Inbox, and those are often the conversations that turn into a sale or a booking. They deserve a real answer from you, written quickly.
That is what AI replies in Askenly are for. They don’t talk to your customers on their own. They save you typing. A draft appears in the composer, written in plain language from facts you entered, and you stay the one who decides what gets sent.
This also keeps you clear of the biggest risk with AI in customer chats: a confident answer that is wrong. A draft can’t promise a price you don’t charge or a time you aren’t open, because the only facts it is given are the ones in your business details.
Nothing else goes into a draft. If the answer isn’t in these details, the draft says so instead of guessing.
Your business name, what you do, your location and how people should reach you.
The hours you set, so drafts can answer when you’re open and when you’re not.
The services you offer with their length, so a draft can point people to the right one to book.
The answers you saved for common questions, in your own wording.
The last 10 messages in that chat, so the draft answers what the person actually asked.
Add your hours, services and FAQ answers in the app. Better details make better drafts.
Someone asks for a person, asks a question with no saved answer, or wants to book. The chat moves to Assigned with the reason.
The draft appears in the message box in a few seconds.
Change anything you like. The message goes out from your account only when you send it.

When the day’s drafts are used up, you can still reply by hand. Drafts reset every day.
No. It only writes a draft into your message box. A person always presses send.
Only from your business profile, hours, services and FAQ answers, plus the last 10 messages in that chat.
Drafts are generated for your workspace only. See the Privacy Policy section on AI suggested replies for how messages are handled.
The Suggested reply button stops offering drafts until the next day. You can still reply by hand, and higher plans include more drafts.
The busiest moments for a small business are also the moments it can’t type. A salon owner between clients, a coach on a call, a shop owner packing orders. Messages pile up, and each one needs a slightly different answer.
Drafts help most with the questions that are almost, but not quite, in your FAQ. Someone asks whether you can fit a longer appointment on Saturday, or whether a product comes in a size you mention on your services list. The draft pulls the relevant details together so you only need to check and adjust, instead of starting from a blank box.
Because the draft only uses your own details, it also keeps answers consistent across a team. Two teammates answering the same question start from the same facts.
A follower asks whether you’re open on Sunday. Your opening hours say Sunday 10am to 4pm, and your services list includes online booking. The draft answers with your hours and offers the booking link.
You read it, add a personal line if you like, and send. If your hours had no Sunday entry, the draft would say it doesn’t know rather than guess.
Are you open on Sunday?
We’re open Sunday 10am to 4pm. Want me to send you the booking link?
