Analytics

See how your automations perform: conversations, leads and appointments over time, how people move from engagement to outcomes, your top content and each automation’s results.

What the Analytics page shows

Conversations & conversions

Conversations, leads and appointments over the period you pick, next to the period before.

Conversion journey

How people move from engagement to business outcomes.

Top content

The posts and Reels generating the strongest business outcomes.

Automation performance

Which automations are producing results.

Results for one automation

Open an automation from Automations to see its own numbers for the last 30 days: DMs delivered and failed, qualified leads (button and follow taps plus emails captured) and appointments booked in the DM. The Activity tab shows what it has done recently.

Import your own numbers

If you track results somewhere else, Import your metrics on the Analytics page takes a CSV file with one row per day and columns for date, conversations, leads and appointments, up to 1,000 days at a time. The chart then shows the imported numbers. Clear the import to go back to your live data.

Read the numbers well

  • Compare the same length of period, such as this week and last week.
  • A lead is someone who tapped a button, passed a follow check or shared an email.
  • Appointments count bookings made in the DM, not test bookings from the in-app preview.

Check how a post is doing

  1. Pick the period

Open Analytics and choose the dates you want, such as the week since the post went live.

  2. Find the post in Top content

See how many outcomes it produced next to your other posts and Reels.

  3. Open its automation

The automation’s own page shows its DMs, leads and appointments for the last 30 days.

  4. Change one thing and compare

Try a clearer keyword or a shorter opening DM, then compare the next period with this one.
