What is Askenly?
Askenly automatically replies to Instagram comments, Story replies and DMs. Share links, capture emails and book clients around the clock, without answering every message by hand.
Is Askenly safe for my Instagram account?
Askenly works through Instagram’s official messaging API, only messages people who contacted you first, and sends replies at a natural pace.
Do I need a Business or Creator account?
Yes. Automations work with Instagram professional accounts. Switching from a personal account takes a minute in your Instagram settings, and no Facebook Page is needed.
Which channels does Askenly support?
Instagram today. Facebook and WhatsApp are coming soon.
Does Askenly see my Instagram password?
No. You sign in on Instagram’s own screen, and Askenly receives only the access you approve.
Can I try Askenly for free?
Yes. The Free plan needs no card and includes 3 automations. Upgrade whenever you need more.
How does booking in the DM work?
Add your services and hours in Appointments, then create a Book an appointment automation. Followers get your next three open times, reply 1, 2 or 3 to book, and get a confirmation and reminders. Booking is always free for your customers.
Do AI replies send messages on their own?
No. A suggested reply only fills the composer in your Inbox, written from your own business details. You decide whether to send it.
What happens when someone asks for a person?
The chat moves to Assigned in your Inbox with the reason, and automations pause for that person for 24 hours.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month, and you can cancel or change plans from your dashboard at any time.
