DM Slide is now Askenly. Your account, automations, contacts and bookings carry over unchanged, and nothing needs reconnecting.

Appointments setup and calendar sync
A setup checklist shows what’s missing before booking opens. Services now carry their own rules: breaks, notice, booking window, questions, approval and whether customers can reschedule or cancel. Connect Google Calendar, with a bookings spreadsheet, or Microsoft Outlook, and busy times are kept free.

New workspaces are guided through three questions and connecting Instagram. Each automation now has its own page with its workflow, results for the last 30 days and a dry-run test.

DM buttons and follow to unlock
The opening DM has a button, links go out as buttons, and follow to unlock checks with Instagram before sending the content. Follow-up messages now send inside Instagram’s 24-hour window.

Email follow-up timing and a truer preview
Email follow-ups can wait from 5 minutes to 6 hours, or a custom delay of up to 7 days. The automation preview now looks like an Instagram Reel and comment sheet.
