Appointments
Booking in Askenly runs from Appointments. Once your services and hours are set, Book automations can offer real times in the DM, and your booking page works the same way.
Set it up
Open Appointments
The setup checklist shows what’s still missing before booking can open.
Add services
Name, length, breaks before and after, minimum notice, booking window, questions and whether you approve each booking.
Set availability
Your hours and time zone, and an optional daily maximum.
Connect a calendar
In Availability, connect Google Calendar (with an optional bookings spreadsheet) or Microsoft Outlook.
Write customer emails
In Settings → Customer emails, check the confirmation and reminders, and turn on follow-up or no-show emails if you want them.
Share it
Create a Book automation, and copy your booking page link for your bio.
Test mode
The in-app preview is Test mode. Bookings you make there are marked test, stay in your browser and are never emailed or counted toward your plan. Use it to check how your services and times look before you share anything.
Booking setup questions
Why is a time not offered?
The setup screens explain why a slot is unavailable: outside your hours, too little notice, a break, a full day or a busy calendar event.
Can I add a price?
No. Booking is always free, with no price or payment step.
Do changes sync to my calendar?
Yes. Every change, from a DM, the booking page, an email link or the app, updates the connected calendar.
